Information Is Currency
10 Collective were asked to exhibit alongside Jonathan Barnbrook and various other designers in the 'Information Is Currency' exhibition in The Book Club in London on 29th June 2011. Luckily for me, I also had the pleasure of working alongside Jamie Balliu, curator of the exhibition in the upcoming weeks.
Check out what design week had to say about it here.
Below is the poster I contributed to the event. It visualises a Charlie Brooker quote through the layering of multiple letters. Transforming his words into an illegible script this acts as a censoring device which reflect the secrecy of these super-injuntions.
“Are there any additional letters of the alphabet we’re not allowed to know about?"
(Charlie Brooker, The Guardian. Monday 19 October 2009)
